2. Check the main oil pump and auxiliary oil pump of the air compressor to confirm that they work normally and turn correctly. The oil thermometer and pressure gauge shall be complete, with qualified measuring range and normal operation. 3、將工藝氣體管道上的閥門按起動要求調(diào)到一定的位置，一般空壓機的進出口閥門應(yīng)關(guān)閉，防喘振用的回流閥或放空閥應(yīng)全開，通工藝系統(tǒng)的出口閥也應(yīng)全閉。各類閥門的開關(guān)應(yīng)靈活準(zhǔn)確，無卡澀。

3. Adjust the valve on the process gas pipeline to a certain position according to the starting requirements. Generally, the inlet and outlet valves of the air compressor shall be closed, the return valve or vent valve for anti surge shall be fully opened, and the outlet valve to the process system shall also be fully closed. The switches of various valves shall be flexible and accurate without jamming.
