制氮機(jī)電磁閥選擇要素是什么？

電磁閥選型起首應(yīng)該順次遵照平安性，牢靠性，合用性，經(jīng)濟(jì)性四大準(zhǔn)則，其次是依據(jù)六個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況。選型根據(jù)：

一、依據(jù)管道參數(shù)選擇電磁閥的：通徑規(guī)格、接口方法

1、 Selection of solenoid valve according to pipeline parameters: diameter specification and interface method

1、依照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管道內(nèi)徑尺寸或流量要求來確定通徑(DN)尺寸。

1. The diameter (DN) shall be determined according to the internal diameter or flow requirement of the pipeline on site.

2、接口方法，普通>DN50要選擇法蘭接口，≤DN50則可依據(jù)用戶需求自在選擇。

2. The interface method, common > DN50 to choose flange interface, ≤ DN50 can be freely selected according to user needs.

二、依據(jù)流體參數(shù)選擇電磁閥的：材質(zhì)、溫度組

2、 Select the material and temperature group of solenoid valve according to fluid parameters

1、流體粘度：凡間在50cSt以下可恣意選擇，若超越此值，則要選用高粘度電磁閥。

1. Fluid viscosity: generally below 50cst can be arbitrarily selected, if beyond this value, then choose high viscosity solenoid valve.

2、侵蝕性流體：宜選用耐侵蝕制氮機(jī)電磁閥和全不銹鋼；食用超凈流體：宜選用食物級(jí)不銹鋼材質(zhì)電磁閥。

2. Corrosive fluid: corrosion resistant solenoid valve and stainless steel should be selected; Edible super clean fluid: stainless steel solenoid valve of food grade should be selected.

3、流體形態(tài)：大有氣態(tài)，液態(tài)或夾雜形態(tài)，特殊是口徑大于DN25訂貨時(shí)必然要區(qū)分隔來。

3. Fluid form: gas, liquid or inclusion form, especially when the diameter is larger than DN25, it must be separated when ordering.

4、高溫流體：要選擇采用耐高溫的電工資料和密封資料制造的電磁閥，并且要選擇活塞式構(gòu)造類型的。

三、制氮機(jī)依據(jù)壓力參數(shù)選擇電磁閥的：道理和構(gòu)造種類

3、 Principle and structure of selecting solenoid valve according to pressure parameters of nitrogen generator

1、公稱壓力：這個(gè)參數(shù)與其它通用閥門的寄義是一樣的，是依據(jù)管道公稱壓力來定。

1. Nominal pressure: this parameter and other general valve meaning is the same, is based on the pipeline nominal pressure.

2、任務(wù)壓力：假如任務(wù)壓力低則一定選用直動(dòng)或分步直動(dòng)式道理；低任務(wù)壓差在0.04Mpa以上時(shí)直動(dòng)式、分步直動(dòng)式、先導(dǎo)式均可選用。

2. Task pressure: if the task pressure is low, you must choose direct action or step-by-step direct action; When the pressure difference of low task is above 0.04MPa, direct acting, step-by-step direct acting and pilot operated can be selected.

四、電氣選擇：電壓規(guī)格應(yīng)盡量優(yōu)先選用AC220V、DC24較為便利。

五、依據(jù)繼續(xù)任務(wù)工夫長短來選擇：常閉、常開、或可繼續(xù)通電

1、當(dāng)電磁閥需求長工夫開啟，而且繼續(xù)的工夫多余封閉的工夫應(yīng)選用常開型。

2、如果開啟的工夫短或開和關(guān)的工夫不多時(shí)，則選常閉型。

3、然則有些用于平安維護(hù)的工況，如爐、窯火焰監(jiān)測(cè)，則不克不及選常開的，應(yīng)選可長時(shí)間通電型。

六、依據(jù)情況要求選擇輔佐功用：防爆、止回、手動(dòng)、防水霧、水淋、潛水.
