空壓機(jī)如何進(jìn)行有效維修?

我們要知道的是空壓機(jī)的質(zhì)量和性能。空壓機(jī)的質(zhì)量可以分為：生產(chǎn)工藝、制造水平，配件選型等三個(gè)方面。一臺(tái)青島空壓機(jī)維修要想賣(mài)得便宜又能盈利，只能在成本上偷工減料了，這種廠家可能連規(guī)范的質(zhì)量體系都沒(méi)有建立。選擇些廉價(jià)的空壓機(jī)部件隨便裝起來(lái)就拿出來(lái)賣(mài)了。開(kāi)始使用后就會(huì)不斷出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，比如噪音震動(dòng)大；到處漏油；進(jìn)氣閥噴油；主機(jī)卡死；高溫；跳機(jī)；出氣含油量高；機(jī)油乳化；不打氣等等的問(wèn)題。而且便宜的空壓機(jī)肯定也沒(méi)有可靠的售后服務(wù)，就只能自個(gè)兒頭疼哭訴無(wú)門(mén)了。

空濾芯不定期吹塵、更換會(huì)造成：空濾芯堵塞，進(jìn)氣量減小、排氣量也隨著減少。不定期更換會(huì)造成負(fù)壓增大壓穿，污染物進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，堵塞油過(guò)濾器、油分離芯、冷卻潤(rùn)滑油變質(zhì)、主機(jī)磨損。油過(guò)濾器不定期更換：隨著前后壓差增大，過(guò)油減少，主機(jī)排氣溫度升高停機(jī)，如前后壓差過(guò)大擊穿，污染物進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，堵塞油分離芯，主機(jī)磨損。油分離芯不更換：隨著前后壓差增大，主電機(jī)電流升高，排氣量也隨著減少。如前后壓差過(guò)大擊穿，冷卻潤(rùn)滑油會(huì)隨著空氣進(jìn)入管路中直跑完，主機(jī)排氣溫度升高停機(jī)。

If the pressure difference between the front and rear parts is too large, the pollutants will enter into the machine, and the oil separation core will be blocked, and the main engine will be worn. Oil separation core does not change: with the increase of the pressure difference between the front and rear, the main motor current increases and the exhaust volume decreases. If the pressure difference between the front and rear parts is too large, the cooling lubricating oil will enter the pipeline with air until it runs out, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine will rise and shut down.

油管接頭不清理：如堵塞，分離后有少部分油會(huì)隨著空氣進(jìn)入管路中，造成油損耗大缺油。主電機(jī)軸承不定期加黃油：軸承磨損直到主電機(jī)燒壞。由此可以看出，螺桿空壓機(jī)保養(yǎng)還是要像汽車(chē)一樣，到了一定的周期就應(yīng)該要做一下常規(guī)的保養(yǎng)，空壓機(jī)保養(yǎng)的好，它才能更好的為您工作。油氣分離器芯太臟。當(dāng)油氣分離器芯太臟時(shí)，油因阻力過(guò)大而影響循環(huán)，造成過(guò)熱停機(jī)。如遇到這種情況，應(yīng)從加載前后的壓差進(jìn)行判斷，當(dāng)兩端壓差為開(kāi)機(jī)之初時(shí)的3陪或較大壓差達(dá)到0.1Mpa時(shí)，就應(yīng)該清理或更換油氣分離器芯。
