會(huì)使機(jī)組的實(shí)際壓縮比增大，主機(jī)負(fù)荷增大，壽命減短；空濾阻力過大，機(jī)組能耗增加；排氣量不足，影響生產(chǎn)的進(jìn)行；濾芯破損，異物進(jìn)入主機(jī)內(nèi)，導(dǎo)致機(jī)頭抱死甚報(bào)廢的故障。

不換油繼續(xù)運(yùn)行會(huì)使機(jī)器出現(xiàn)高溫報(bào)警而停機(jī)；潤滑效果變差，加快主機(jī)的磨損；潤滑油發(fā)生質(zhì)變，主機(jī)內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)結(jié)焦、積碳等；直接影響空壓機(jī)的使用壽命。

空壓機(jī)的“三濾一油”如果超過了使用期限，在運(yùn)行時(shí)會(huì)有預(yù)警信號(hào)，但不會(huì)停機(jī)。但是如果發(fā)出預(yù)警信號(hào)了，就應(yīng)該及時(shí)聯(lián)系相關(guān)的人員，進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)更換。莫因小失大，不及時(shí)更換“三濾一油”，將直接影響空壓機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行，日后的維修費(fèi)用將更大。
