一、檢查空壓機的冷卻器，如果是風冷方式的冷卻器，就檢查灰塵是否過多了，過多容易導致通風不良，使空壓機設備達不到足夠的散熱，容易出現(xiàn)高溫的情況；水冷的冷卻器就檢查有沒有過多水垢產(chǎn)生了堵塞，帶不走油點溫度，達不到散熱效果。

二、檢查空壓機機油、油位是否已經(jīng)少于機油窺視鏡限度。機油過少的情況下，空壓機在整個運行過程中是得不到足夠的冷卻和潤滑作用的。

三、要做好溫控閥的檢查，溫控閥它好比一個四通閥，在溫度低的時候機油循環(huán)是從油分離器直接通到主機頭里潤滑散熱，當機油循環(huán)中溫度一般達到80-88度左右的時候溫控閥會漸漸打開讓油分離器的機油通過冷卻器冷卻后再送到主機里達到冷卻循環(huán)的作用。

3、 To check the temperature control valve, the temperature control valve is like a four-way valve. When the temperature is low, the oil circulation is directly from the oil separator to the main engine head for lubrication and heat dissipation. 四、要檢查斷油閥和油過濾，油過濾堵塞會導致主機頭進油量過少，一般油過濾是周期性的必須更換。而斷油閥沒有完全打開也會導致進油量過少都會讓主機頭逐漸升溫，直到報警停機為止。

五、要檢查溫度傳感器和溫度開關，這是很重要的一個檢查，溫度傳感器，是一個熱電阻，起到一個探測信號的作用，把信號傳到電腦主控器里邊。如果傳感器故障，就會出現(xiàn)探測的溫度不準確，還有傳感器的線接觸不良等都會引起主控報警停機的。
