在線留言等離子空氣切割法以干燥的壓縮空氣作為加工氣體,主要用于切割碳鋼,也可用于切割不銹鋼和鋁。由于空氣主要由氮?dú)夂脱鯕饨M成,切割碳鋼時(shí),切口中氧與鐵的放熱反應(yīng)提供了附加的熱量。
Using dry compressed air as processing gas, plasma air cutting is mainly used for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Because the air is mainly composed of nitrogen and oxygen, the exothermic reaction of oxygen and iron in the incision provides additional heat when cutting carbon steel.
同時(shí)生成表面張力低、流動(dòng)性好的FeO熔渣,改善了切口中熔融金屬的流動(dòng)性,因此不但切割速度較快,而且切割面較光潔,切口下緣基本不粘渣,切割面斜角較小。切割不銹鋼和鋁時(shí),氧與不銹鋼中的鉻和鋁起反應(yīng),其切割面較粗糙,一般對(duì)切割表面質(zhì)量要求較高時(shí)不采用這種加工方法。

等離子空氣切割法主要存在以下缺點(diǎn):

(1)切割面上附有氮化層,焊接時(shí)焊縫中會(huì)產(chǎn)生氣孔,因此用于焊接的切割邊,需用砂輪打磨,去除氮化層。

(2)由于存在氧化作用,電極和噴嘴易損耗,使用壽命較短。等離子氮?dú)馑疁u流切割法以氮?dú)庾鳛楣ぷ鳉怏w,主要用于切割不銹鋼和鋁。工作氣體通過(guò)渦流環(huán)形成渦旋氣流,使等離子流也以渦旋方式射向工件,從而可獲得一個(gè)斜角極小的切割邊。在工作氣體的周圍,是經(jīng)過(guò)處理的高壓水流,使電弧能量密度大大提高,形成了溫度極高、挺度好及流速大的等離子弧。另外,部分水離解成氫和氧,對(duì)切割過(guò)程也有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
