1、電源指示燈亮，左吸、均壓、右吸指示燈循環(huán)發(fā)亮指示制氮流程。

2、左吸指示燈亮?xí)r，左吸附塔壓力由均壓時平衡壓力逐漸升，制氮機同時右吸附塔壓力由均壓時平衡壓力逐漸降為零。均壓指示燈亮?xí)r，左右吸附塔壓力降一升一降逐漸達到兩者平衡。

2.
