山東空壓機的四個方面

空壓機變頻是根據(jù)負載變化，控制輸入的電壓頻率，保持壓力，流量，溫度等參數(shù)的穩(wěn)定，從而提高空壓機的工作性能。從以下四個方面可以讓空壓機更：

（2）降低空壓機噪音——根據(jù)空壓機的工況要求，空壓機變頻改造后，電機運轉(zhuǎn)速度明顯減慢，因此有效地降低了空壓機運行時的噪音。變頻技術在算是一種成熟的技術，近年來隨著同步永磁變頻空壓機的出現(xiàn)，已經(jīng)取代了原來的外掛變頻技術，同并且普通變頻器比較具有明顯優(yōu)勢。

（3）提高壓力控制精度——變頻控制系統(tǒng)具有精確的壓力控制能力，使空壓機的空氣壓力輸出與用戶空氣系統(tǒng)所需的氣量相匹配。控制變頻壓縮機的輸出氣量隨著電機工轉(zhuǎn)速的改變而改變。變頻由于控制電機工速度的精度提高，所以它可以使管網(wǎng)的系統(tǒng)壓力變化保持在3Pisg變化范圍，也就是0.2巴范圍內(nèi)，有效地提高了工況質(zhì)量。

(3) Improve the accuracy of pressure control - the frequency conversion control system has accurate pressure control ability, so that the air pressure output of the air compressor matches the air volume required by the user's air system. The output gas volume of variable frequency compressor changes with the change of motor speed. Due to the improvement of the accuracy of motor speed control, frequency conversion can keep the system pressure change in the range of 3pisg, i.e. 0.2 bar, which effectively improves the working condition quality.

（4）延長空壓機的使用壽命——空壓機變頻改造從0Hz時起動空壓機，它的起動加速時間可以調(diào)整，從而減少起動時對空壓機的電器部件和機械部件所造成的沖擊，增強系統(tǒng)的可靠性，使空壓機的使用壽命延長。此外，變頻控制能夠減少機組起動時電流波動，這一波動電流會影響電網(wǎng)和其它設備的用電，變頻器能夠有效值的將起動電流的峰值減少到低程度。
