選擇干燥設(shè)備參考依據(jù)是什么？

當(dāng)固體物料表面水的蒸汽壓大于干燥介質(zhì)中水蒸汽的分壓時，物料表面的水分就會不斷汽化而進入空氣，而物料內(nèi)部水分不斷擴散到物料表面。

When the vapor pressure of the water on the surface of the solid material is greater than the partial pressure of the water vapor in the drying medium, the water on the surface of the material will continue to vaporize and enter the air, and the water inside the material will continue to diffuse to the surface of the material.

干燥推動力為物料表面水的蒸汽壓與干燥介質(zhì)中水蒸汽的分壓的差值。
