在安裝前一定要把油管洗干凈。

油管短不夠長的情況下，要是在接一塊的話應(yīng)裝上活接頭。

If the tubing is short and not long enough, a union should be installed.

彎管時用煨管工具冷彎或氧乙炔火焰加熱煨彎，應(yīng)注意防止煨扁或金屬過熱而變形。

When bending pipes, use pipe bending tools for cold bending or oxyacetylene flame for heating. Attention should be paid to prevent flat bending or deformation due to overheating of metal.

油管和注油器裝配好后，應(yīng)進行系統(tǒng)的強度試驗，試驗壓力為操作壓力的1.5倍，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)有滲漏或破裂時，應(yīng)予以修理或更換。

注油器與填料函、氣缸供油點接通前，應(yīng)先將油器開動起來，在每一個供油點處檢查來油情況和清潔程度，直到清潔以后，再正式連上接頭。
