空壓機(jī)如何進(jìn)行有效維修?

空濾芯不定期吹塵、更換會造成:空濾芯堵塞,進(jìn)氣量減小、排氣量也隨著減少。不定期更換會造成負(fù)壓增大壓穿,污染物進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi),堵塞油過濾器、油分離芯、冷卻潤滑油變質(zhì)、主機(jī)磨損。油過濾器不定期更換:隨著前后壓差增大,過油減少,主機(jī)排氣溫度升高停機(jī),如前后壓差過大擊穿,污染物進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi),堵塞油分離芯,主機(jī)磨損。油分離芯不更換:隨著前后壓差增大,主電機(jī)電流升高,排氣量也隨著減少。如前后壓差過大擊穿,冷卻潤滑油會隨著空氣進(jìn)入管路中直跑完,主機(jī)排氣溫度升高停機(jī)。
