一、安裝要求

1、 Installation requirements

1、應(yīng)按設(shè)備實(shí)際尺寸選擇足夠大的場(chǎng)地。與周圍環(huán)境之間的距離保持1米以上，以利于操作及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。

1. The site should be large enough according to the actual size of the equipment. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the surrounding environment to facilitate operation and maintenance.

2、安裝場(chǎng)地必須有良好的通風(fēng)，少灰塵。

2. The installation site must have good ventilation and less dust.

3、 不能安裝于有腐蝕性的環(huán)境中。

3. Do not install in corrosive environment.

4、 消聲器(制氮裝置廢氣出口)既可裝在室內(nèi)也可裝在室外，空壓機(jī)與制氮裝置在同一房間時(shí)，消聲器應(yīng)安裝在室外，以免影響氮?dú)猱a(chǎn)量。

4. Muffler (exhaust gas outlet of nitrogen generation device) can be installed indoor or outdoor. When air compressor and nitrogen generation device are in the same room, muffler should be installed outdoors to avoid affecting nitrogen output.

5、制氮裝置放在通風(fēng)不暢的地方，消聲器應(yīng)安裝在室外。

6、消聲器如裝在室外，裝設(shè)在室外的消聲器應(yīng)有防雨設(shè)施，注意其放置高度不能高出廢氣出口，否則管路污水非但不能排出且易使污水倒灌。

Pay attention that the installation height shall not be higher than the exhaust gas outlet, otherwise, the sewage in the pipeline can not be discharged and the sewage will be easily poured back.

7、 電源安裝注意事項(xiàng)：1.7.1 電源應(yīng)按標(biāo)定的電壓(V)、電流(A)、相數(shù)配置；

8、 電網(wǎng)電壓應(yīng)在交流±10%范圍內(nèi)；
