1、空氣壓縮機運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，隨時注意儀表讀數(shù)（特別是氣壓表的讀數(shù)），傾聽各部音響，如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，應立即停機檢查。貯氣罐內(nèi)氣壓不許超過銘牌規(guī)定的壓力。每工作2~4h,應開啟中間冷卻器和貯氣罐的冷凝油水排放閥門1~2次。搞好機器的清潔工作，空壓機長期運轉(zhuǎn)后，禁止用冷水沖洗。

1. During the operation of the air compressor, pay attention to the reading of the instrument (especially the reading of the barometer) and listen to the sound of each part. In case of any abnormality, the machine shall be shut down for inspection immediately. The maximum air pressure in the air tank shall not exceed the pressure specified on the name plate. 2、操作人員應穿好工作服，女同志應將發(fā)辮塞入工作帽內(nèi)。嚴禁酒后操作，不得從事與運行無關的事情，不得擅自離開工作崗位，不得擅自決定非本機操作人員代替工作。

After the diesel engine is started, heating operation at low speed, medium speed and rated speed must be carried out. Pay attention to whether the readings of all instruments are normal before running with load. Air compressor should be gradually increased load start, all parts can be normal before full load operation.

7、定期（每周）對貯氣罐閥進行一次手動排氣試驗，保證閥的有效性。

9、經(jīng)常保持貯存罐外部的清潔。禁止在貯氣罐附近進行焊接或熱加工。貯氣罐每年應作水壓試驗一次，試驗壓力應為工作壓力1.5倍。氣壓表、閥應每年作一次檢驗。

11、根據(jù)氣溫變化應及時更換相應的壓縮機油，有些地區(qū)氣溫特別低，應更換凝點低于當?shù)販囟鹊奶厥庥推贰?/p>

12、機后一定要注意放空所有氣體、排污、放水，放空各種管道及氣包內(nèi)的水、氣、油，原因是冬季機組工作時，溫度比較高，停機后因外界溫度較低，空氣冷卻會有大量冷凝水產(chǎn)生，存在于各種控制管道、中冷器及氣包內(nèi)，容易使控制管路、中冷器堵塞，氣包漲裂等隱患。
